What Operating Systems are supported?
Windows 10 and above. Linux is not supported at this time.
How do I see specific games stats?
Click on the Gameplay tab. If the game supports advanced in-game analytics you will see key games stats. If the game does not support advanced analytics, it will give you time based stats on your gameplay.
Is the competitive data real in Insider build?
All of the competitive data in the Post Game Report tab is real (The number of users submitting the competitive data will initially be small, but will grow as more users use the application)

Is Next Level Labs really free?
Yes. The app is completely free to download and use. All current features including system performance tracking, gameplay analysis, and AI insights are part of the free experience.
Does Next Level Labs sell my data?
No — we do not sell any of your personal information.
However, we do work with third-party analytics and advertising providers (such as Google Analytics and Overwolf) on our website and in the app. These partners may collect data (like IP address, device ID, or usage patterns) and may use it for personalized advertising or analytics across other sites.

How does Next Level Labs make money if the app is free?
Our free version of Next Level Labs shows advertisements which helps us fund development and the AI queries. In the future, we plan to also offer a paid version of the app that removes ads and may include premium features.
How can I opt-out of data collection?
You can opt out of having benchmarking data and AI queries collected at installation or by going to the settings page of the app.
What kind of data does the app collect?
We primarily collect what we need to make the app work as intended. That includes:
- System performance data (like FPS, CPU/GPU usage, and system ID)
- In-game performance stats for supported titles (kills, assists, deaths, wins/losses, etc.)
- Your AI queries (the questions you ask our assistant), which may sometimes contain personal information depending on what you type.

Why don’t I need to create an account?
Today, we’ve chosen to make the app easy to use without requiring login or registration. This reduces friction, helps new users get started faster, and respects user privacy.
In the future, we may offer accounts for syncing data across devices, etc. but we’ll be transparent about those changes if and when they arrive.
Will the free version always be free?
That’s our intention. The features currently in the free version — including overlay stats, AI insights, and tracking — will continue to be offered without charge. Paid options may come later to support the project, but we’re committed to keeping the core experience accessible.
What’s the long-term plan for Next Level Labs?
We’re building NLL to be a performance companion for gamers — helping players understand how their system and gameplay are affecting performance while providing tools and advice to improve.
We’re early in our journey — and staying transparent is a big part of how we grow.
